- Proven experience in waste management or garbage collection operations
- Physically fit and healthy, capable of performing manual handling and repetitive lifting tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early morning shifts
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to following workplace health and safety protocols
- HR truck licence classification
- Formal waste management or environmental services training or certification
- Previous experience operating side-load or similar automated collection equipment.
