- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician within manufacturing or industrial facilities
- Experience working in large-scale production, warehouse, distribution, or factory environments

- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
- Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding technicians on site
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's licence
