- A proven background working for a recognised Tier 1 or established Tier 2 main contractor.
- Experience delivering projects valued at £60 million or above.
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- A proactive approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
