We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Superintendent with a strong background in interior healthcare construction and renovations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
- Proven experience working on healthcare interiors, renovations or occupied healthcare environments.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades onsite.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction processes, sequencing and infection-control requirements.
- Experience coordinating MEP trades and specialty healthcare systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of project schedules and construction sequencing.
- Experience conducting subcontractor meetings and coordinating daily field activities.
- Strong quality-control and safety awareness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects and subcontractors.
- Procore experience is preferred.
- Must be located locally to Jupiter, FL and able to reliably work on projects throughout the surrounding area.
Experience working within active hospitals, medical facilities, MOBs, surgical centers or other healthcare environments is highly desirable.
