Metro West Project Scope
The Metro West project involves the delivery of an underground driverless metro train line from Hunter Street station in Sydney CBD to Westmead station.
The project will be delivered under a disaggregated delivery model with 6 major packages (4 x Stations / Linewide / Trains & Systems Maintenance & Operations packages).
The Senior Planner - Integration will be responsible for coordinating and leading the integration of interfacing Contractor's target programs (All 6 major packages) and development, maintenance and reporting against the Integrated Target Program.

Role Requirements - Skills and Experience
The resource will need the following level of skills and experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in scheduling complex and multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects
- Proficient in scheduling projects in Primavera P6
- Experience in delivery of major rail projects
- Experience in integration of multiple programs of works across infrastructure and systems
- Strong scheduling background with solid understanding of rail systems (Track, Mechanical & Electrical, Tunnel Ventilation Systems, Signaling and Communications Systems and Testing & Commissioning)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) across large, complex programs of work would be highly regarded.
The key responsibilities associated with this role are as follows:
- Lead the integration of contractor's target programs to develop the Integrated Program for the Metro West delivery
- Coordinate interfacing contractors through the development and maintenance of the integrated target programs
- Management of interfaces between interfacing contractors, develop reporting templates, dashboards, trackers etc.
- Participation in all meetings with interfacing contractors to review status of progress, identify and assist in resolution of interface issues
- Manage the monthly progress updates and reporting of the Integrated Program
