ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a pivotal leadership role balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. You will lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function, partnering closely with ELT and SLT to shape workforce strategy and drive hiring outcomes. With the business in a growth and transformation phase, you’ll play a key role in uplifting capability, embedding best practice and leading key initiatives including Workday ATS implementation.
DUTIES
- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to business growth objectives
- Partner with ELT and SLT to influence workforce planning and hiring decisions
- Manage, mentor and develop an internal Talent Acquisition team
- Drive the implementation and optimisation of Workday ATS
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines
- Deliver data-driven insights to inform hiring and workforce decisions
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience
- Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders at ELT/SLT level
- Experience managing and developing an internal TA team
- Demonstrated experience implementing Workday ATS
- Strong strategic capability with a hands-on approach
- Background in financial services or technology highly desirable
