Our client is a leading global asset management firm. As part of the Investment Operations team, you will support the full trade lifecycle across Asian markets, working closely with trading desks, portfolio managers and internal operations teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of Trade Operations, Middle Office or Investment Operations experience within the financial services industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of Trade Operations, Middle Office or Investment Operations experience within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trade confirmation and settlement activities across multiple markets and products.
- Monitor trades throughout the lifecycle and ensure timely and accurate settlement.
- Support trading desks with day-to-day queries and operational matters.
- Work closely with brokers, custodians, vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve trade issues.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
- Support new business initiatives, products and process changes.
- Ensure activities comply with internal controls, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Middle Office or Trade Operations within financial services.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following products:
- Equities
- Fixed Income
- Futures
- Interest Rate Swaps (IRS)
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, confirmation and settlement processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong risk and control mindset.
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a buy-side / asset management environment.
- Experience working with trading desks, portfolio managers, brokers or custodians.
- Regional or Asia market exposure.
