Requirements
Must Have Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Tier 1 Automotive electronic embedded product development experience, minimum five years
- Technical negotiation skills (w/ customer, internal)
“Soft” Skills:
- Communications in Japanese and English
- Leadership/people caring
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- ADAS design and development experience (Vision, RADAR, Vehicle Control, etc.)
- IATF16949/ISO26262 knowledge
- RADAR specific technical knowledge
- Involvement in design and/or manufacturing process audit
- Experience in manufacturing process design/business design and management
Language Ability:
- Japanese: Above business (Mandatory)
- English: Above business(Mandatory)
