Job Description**
-Ensuring customer (internal/external) satisfaction
-Evaluating product quality and coordinating and facilitating communication between customers and manufacturing plants
-Responsible for complaint handling (0km/field) -Manage overall APQP (product quality planning) activities
-Implementing change management -Responding to internal and external audits
-Promoting quality control operations in collaboration with plant engineers

Requirements

- Knowledge of automotive electronics production

- Knowledge and experience of quality audit methods (e.g. certified auditor)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

- International work experience/overseas work experience

- Conversational level of Chinese

- Experience working with Toyota, Nissan, Honda, or other JOEMs (Japanese automobile manufacturers)

- Knowledge of IATF16949, VDA6.3, Six Sigma design requirements (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, etc.)
