Client Billings Specialist

This is a great opportunity to work for a business centrally located in the heart of Auckland's CBD. Close to some of the best cafes and restaurants, and public transport. If you enjoy working in the buzz of the CBD, you will love this location.

This is a fixed term contract taking you through to the end of October 2026.  In this role, you will be doing end to end receipting, billing queries, and monthly reporting. Being in the professional services industry, things are slightly more complex so you will need to be comfortable with the billing cycle and motivated to expand your knowledge. You won't just be doing billings, you'll be looking after other client related administrative tasks, so if variety is what you're after or you're wanting to expand on your billings experience, this could be what you're after.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• have experience in a similarly described role, and be well versed on the billings process and its part in the wider transactional cycle
• be comfortable with systems and confident 'hitting the ground running'
• have the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
• be from a professional services background (preferably legal)
