Our client is a global leader in the logistics and supply chain sector, seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support one of their key business divisions.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will partner with senior operational leaders to provide financial insight, influence decision-making and drive business performance. This is a true commercial finance partnering role where you will work closely with the business to deliver value beyond the numbers.

This is a true commercial finance partnering role where you will work closely with the business to deliver value beyond the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance
- Budgeting, forecasting and monthly P&L reporting
- Identifying business risks and opportunities
- Supporting investment decisions, business cases and project controlling
- Managing CapEx and cash flow reporting
- Strengthening financial controls and governance
- Driving continuous improvement, including reporting automation and process efficiencies
- CA/CPA qualification
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience
- Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting business cases, investment analysis or project finance
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain is advantageous but not essential.
