In this role, you will be responsible for generating new clients for our business through targeted recruitment efforts. Your job will also be to match the best candidates to your clients. You will run the end-to-end recruitment process for all your opened positions.

Structure & Compensation
- Fully Remote, Growing Company with Opportunity for Advancement!
- 100% commission based but part of the highest paying recruitment placement percentages in the industry
- Pay is negotiable depending on experience, if bringing on any clients etc
- Uncapped commission, A-Player team members can make $150,0000-200,000/yr+ USD
Objectives of this Role
- Client Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and generate new client leads for our recruitment services.
- Prospect Identification: Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential clients within target industries and geographical locations.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their hiring needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to assess their recruitment needs, provide insights on market trends, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services and address client-specific requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements, overcome objections, and secure new client contracts.
- Sourcing and Attraction: utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination and Evaluation: schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Recruitment Process Management: update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter or similar role
- Strong Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information, listen actively, and address client needs.
- Networking Skills: Proficient in networking and establishing connections with potential clients through various channels.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the recruitment industry, including knowledge of hiring trends, talent acquisition strategies, and common challenges faced by organizations.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to drive decision-making and enhance client acquisition strategies.
- Time Management: Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using recruitment software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
- Strong communication skills around customer service – can defuse situations where customers may be frustrated
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide a quick resolution to problems
- A self-motivated, strategic creative work with a drive for execution excellence
- Ability to quickly adapt to an ever-evolving tech startup environment
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
- Team player - you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
