Field Services Engineer

Our client, a health-focused business with a growing footprint across South East and Regional Queensland, is seeking an experienced Field Services Technician to support their network of 12 clinics. This is a true generalist IT role, spanning desktop and deskside support, data centre work, and PC/laptop refresh and rollout projects. No two days are the same, and the role suits someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop and deskside support across a network of 12 clinics
• Manage troubleshooting, PC refreshes, and new laptop rollouts
• Travel regionally approximately every second month for a full week, covering Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Rockhampton (option to drive or fly, with hire car and accommodation provided)

About You

• Proven experience in a healthcare or health-focused environment is desirable.
• Strong generalist IT support background, with experience across desktop support, networking fundamentals, and hardware refresh/rollout work
• Comfortable and willing to travel regionally as part of the role
• Own reliable transport
• Confident working independently across multiple sites with shifting daily priorities
