The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional visual craft with strong product thinking.

You'll own key areas of the product from discovery through to delivery, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to create experiences that are both beautiful and highly functional.

This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing product direction and delivering polished experiences that customers genuinely love.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own product initiatives from discovery through to delivery.

• Design elegant solutions for complex user workflows.

• Evolve and maintain a scalable design system.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to a high standard.

• Conduct user research and translate insights into thoughtful product improvements.

• Balance exceptional visual craft with pragmatic product delivery.

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to influence product strategy and prioritisation.

• Champion design quality across the product.

About You

You'll ideally bring:

• 8+ years' experience designing SaaS, B2B or product-led digital platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing shipped products and end-to-end ownership.

• Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience designing scalable design systems and component libraries.

• Excellent product thinking and user-centred design skills.

• Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.

• Confidence working alongside engineers with an understanding of front-end development principles.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, high-agency mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
