Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.

- Strong ability to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities with organisation and precision.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in not-for-profit or healthcare sectors.
- Knowledge of government funding models and compliance requirements.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior financial or commercial roles.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications as outlined above.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels.
