We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our client who is a leading accounting & finance recruitment agency in the heart of Sydney CBD. The ideal candidate will be driven, results-oriented, and possess a strong sales and business development acumen. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and social media
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to job offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and offer insight on market trends and candidate availability
- Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and increase revenue streams
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
- Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify opportunities for recruitment services
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's success
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market insights to inform recruitment strategies and client consultations.
