The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hungry, driven, and ambitious salesperson eager to step into this growth-focused role and make an immediate impact. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business leads, researching for new prospects, calling over the phone, conducting the occasional face-to-face meetings with clients across Atlanta, and closing new business opportunities. You will focus on the 14-40 prospecting method and generate well researched/qualified leads. 

Whether you're a recent graduate student-athlete looking to transition your disciplined mindset and competitive spirit into the world of sales, or a former athlete with some existing corporate sales experience—this opportunity is designed for someone ready to put in the hard work required to succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the SMB market across the Greater Atlanta area.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and develop tailored security solutions that meet the needs of each client.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Confidently manage the inside sales process - lead research, outreach and make contact to generate a meeting for the outside sales team. 

  • Market Development: Promote the company’s security solutions, including fire alarm systems, shooter detection, cloud-based services, voice/data & fiber cabling, security cameras, and access control.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding client support and building long-term partnerships.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Athlete Mindset: Ideally, you’re a recent graduate student-athlete or former athlete with a proven track record of resilience, discipline, and competitiveness gained from sport.

  • Sales-Driven: Demonstrated interest in building a career in sales; You must be coachable, adaptable and willing to listen and learn then implement into action.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting effectively and building trust quickly.

  • Resilience & Determination: Able to effectively manage setbacks, rejection, and challenging sales environments.

  • Mobility & Flexibility: Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel regularly within the Greater Atlanta area to meet clients.
