The Role

As the Sports Medicine Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing our client's market presence and sales across the Perth region by leveraging an existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities.

You’ll also benefit from a hiring manager with a proven track record of developing some of our top salespeople and others who have successfully transitioned into various roles across the business, including management, training, and marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth and market share through customer engagement and education.

• Provide clinical and technical expertise, particularly around robotic-assisted joint replacement technology.

• Support surgeons in procedures, ensuring effective use of our advanced products.

• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to create business plans and grow your territory.

• Manage product inventory and troubleshoot any product issues.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• A background in allied health or a strong interest in medical device sales, or a background as a pro/elite athlete. 

• Technological savvy, with the ability to learn and apply new technology quickly, especially in robotics.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A results-driven attitude with resilience in a competitive landscape.
