Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization
  • Drive product innovation, quality, costing, and speed-to-market
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Quality
  • Manage supplier relationships and development partners across the region
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product development team
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in product development, product creation, commercialization, or sourcing
  • Proven leadership experience within consumer brands
  • Strong experience in technical apparel, performance wear, outdoor products, sportswear, or other function-driven product categories is essential
  • Deep understanding of product construction, materials, manufacturing processes, and commercialization
  • Experience working with regional or global stakeholders and supply chain partners
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
