Role: Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Care Salary: £35,000 + on-call pay Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join a leading domiciliary care service. You’ll oversee care delivery, manage a team of care staff, and ensure every client receives safe, person-centred support. Key Responsibilities: Allocate and manage staff rotas for efficient, high-quality care delivery. Handle new referrals and assessments, creating personalised care plans. Support business growth and maintain compliance with care standards. Provide on-call cover on a rota basis (every other weekend). Requirements: Minimum 12 months’ recent experience in domiciliary care. Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care (must be working towards Level 4). Full UK driving licence and own car. Benefits: £35,000 salary + on-call payments. Laptop provided + mileage at 27p per mile. Excellent training, ongoing development, and supportive management.
