We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care service in Christchurch. As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, clinical, and commercial performance of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Provide inspirational leadership and day-to-day management of the home and wider staff team. Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life. Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and company policies. Drive continuous improvement and support the achievement of positive inspection outcomes. Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain a skilled and engaged workforce. Manage occupancy levels, budgets, and resources effectively to support the long-term success of the service. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and community stakeholders. Oversee safeguarding, risk management, health and safety, and quality assurance processes. Monitor care standards through regular audits, assessments, and performance reviews. Foster a positive and inclusive culture where residents and colleagues feel valued, respected, and supported. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Home Manager within an elderly care setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower teams. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving outstanding outcomes.
