The roles

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:

• Supervising daily site activities and coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Planning labour, materials and equipment to meet project schedules
• Monitoring work against drawings, specifications and quality requirements
• Leading site briefings, toolbox talks and safety inspections
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, clients and other contractors
• Identifying site issues and escalating risks to safety, quality or programme
• Maintaining progress reports, site records and inspection documentation
• Supporting commissioning readiness, defect resolution and handover

About you

• Relevant trade or construction qualification, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
• Previous supervisory experience on data centre projects
• Strong understanding of site coordination, construction sequencing and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Experience managing trades and subcontractors
• Clear communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to safety and meeting project deadlines
• Relevant licences and tickets for the position and location
• Australian construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one before commencing site work
