We're looking for a Territory Manager to join a high-performing Sports Medicine team in Melbourne. You'll take ownership of an established territory, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons across both public and private hospitals while supporting cutting-edge arthroscopic implants and suturing solutions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being out with customers, supporting procedures in theatre, and growing a territory through trusted partnerships.

What you'll be doing

• Drive sales growth across your territory through strategic planning and strong customer engagement.
• Provide in-theatre support during Sports Medicine procedures.
• Develop trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share across both public and private hospitals.
• Manage territory planning, forecasting, pricing and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Marketing and the wider commercial team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in Territory Management or B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
• Strong commercial mindset and experience managing your own territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-driven, resilient and accountable approach to achieving results.

Highly regarded

• Experience within Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of Australia's public and private healthcare systems.
• Previous experience supporting clinicians in operating theatres.
