You'll be working closely with a recruiter currently billing approximately $1.7 million per year.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role.

You'll build relationships with senior business leaders, win new clients, develop your own market and recruit exceptional GTM sales professionals and leaders.

You'll have the support, brand and expertise of a high-performing APJ team behind you — but you'll also be expected to take ownership of your desk.

This isn't a role for someone who simply wants jobs handed to them.

We're looking for someone with a business development mindset who enjoys creating opportunities, building networks and turning relationships into revenue.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and develop your own portfolio of clients across Singapore and APJ
• Recruit high-performing GTM sales professionals and commercial leaders
• Develop relationships with Founders, CEOs and senior sales/revenue leaders
• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
• Manage the complete 360 recruitment process
• Headhunt and engage high-calibre passive talent
• Become deeply connected within your specialist market
• Build long-term relationships rather than simply filling jobs
• Work alongside some of the highest-performing recruiters in the region

Who We're Looking For

We're open to two core backgrounds:

An experienced recruiter who wants to dramatically accelerate their career and earning potential.

An accomplished B2B salesperson with the commercial intelligence, relationship skills and ambition to transition into recruitment.
