Project Manager P1 for ADAS camera (Valeo Japan/BRAIN Division/REQ2026076001/◎)

Requirements

[Required Qualifications]
・At least 5 years of practical experience in project management within the automotive industry (Tier 1 supplier or OEM)
・Familiarity with the ASPICE development framework
・Knowledge of and experience with in-vehicle ECUs
・Business-level English proficiency (as the project team spans Japan, China, India, and Europe)
・Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency (for client communication)
・Strong communication skills and leadership ability to engage diverse stakeholders

[Preferred Qualifications]
・Knowledge of Valeo's internal processes (P1/P2 projects, CAA/IAR, Design to Cost, etc.) or deep understanding of similar automotive industry standard processes
・Experience leading cross-border (multinational) teams
