You will drive enterprise AI transformation by delivering high-impact, governed Generative AI initiatives across key business units. Serving as a strategic bridge between business experts, corporate governance, and technical teams, you will translate complex needs into reliable, production-grade solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle from initial discovery and prompt engineering through to vendor coordination, testing, and rollout to ensure seamless organizational adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into structured user stories, process flows, and prioritized backlogs in Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Apply hands-on Generative AI prompt engineering and RAG principles to prototype, refine, and manage post-launch AI solutions.
  • Enforce end-to-end traceability across requirements, test cases, model versions, and release sign-offs to satisfy enterprise risk standards.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, coordinate UAT, and evaluate AI outputs to eliminate hallucinations.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies, track dependencies, maintain risk logs, and report project status to Steering Committees.
  • Liaison between business product owners, IT infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA), Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), or Agile (PSM/CSM).
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or enterprise IT project delivery using Agile.
  • Practical skills in Generative AI prompt engineering alongside hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps Boards or Jira.
  • Proven track record in process mapping, flow diagramming, and requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
