You will drive the delivery of high-quality digital experiences by leading user acceptance testing across critical channels, safeguarding user journeys, and enabling the successful rollout of key business initiatives.

- Prepare UAT test cases for pre- and post-logon changes across web, mobile, virtual assistant, and messaging channels
- Define test strategies and execution plans for all digital platform functional releases
- Execute end-to-end UAT test cases and maintain audit-ready testing documentation and sign-offs
- Report test results, log defects, and partner with IT and solution vendors to resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with business owners and external vendors to align on defect prioritization and acceptance criteria
- Conduct production release verifications and support production incident investigations and fix validations
- Proven track record in UAT planning, test case preparation, and test execution for digital platforms
- Hands-on experience testing web portals, mobile applications, e-banking systems, or AI chatbots
- Strong knowledge of defect logging tools, test management software, and issue resolution workflows
- Sound understanding of business-IT coordination, vendor management, and release management processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business stakeholders to negotiate bug prioritization and sign-offs
- Flexibility to support off-hours or weekend production release verifications and live incident testing
