(Assistant) Life Product Manager

You will drive or support the end-to-end development, implementation, and management of innovative life insurance products across branch, private bank, broker, and digital channels. In this role, you will lead cross-functional launch initiatives, oversee critical product documentation, execute user acceptance testing, and analyze market trends to shape actionable strategies for senior management,

Responsibilities:

• Drive or support end-to-end life insurance product development and execution across branch, private bank, broker, and digital channels.
• Prepare and review essential product documentation including product specifications, policy provisions, benefit illustrations, and approval papers to meet governance standards.
• Conduct front-end and back-end user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee technical and operational system accuracy.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify product trends and generate actionable insights for senior management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, legal, compliance, operations, and IT to ensure compliant and timely product launches.
• Manage ongoing post-launch product maintenance and drive special ad-hoc implementation or process improvement projects.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance product development for Product Manager, or minimum 3 years for Assistant Product Manager.
• Proven track record in life insurance product development, governance, and end-to-end launch implementation.
• Strong commercial sense, business acumen, and marketing orientation within the insurance sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexities, solve problems, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• High energy, strong project ownership, a servicing mindset, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Less expereince candidate would be considered as Assistant Life Product Manager.
