You will drive transformative marketing technology solutions for high-profile global and regional clients as a trusted technical authority. Partnering closely with enterprise sales, product, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will architect scalable systems, guide client migrations, and leverage advanced AI tools to solve complex technical challenges. Your expertise will directly influence strategic decision-making and accelerate technical innovation across key enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical consultations and solutions architecture for top-tier enterprise clients.
  • Manage simultaneous customer migrations and complex integration projects across APAC and GCR regions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, architect, and deliver new technical opportunities.
  • Translate client feedback and technical issues into actionable insights for product development teams.
  • Build data-driven frameworks to guide architecture decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Implement structured operational workflows to ensure rapid resolution of high-priority client support tickets.
  • Standardize technical deployment procedures to maximize operational scale and solution performance.
  • Mentor and participate in interviewing and onboarding new technical consulting team members.
Requirement
  • Degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent hands-on technical industry experience.
  • Background in client-facing technical consulting, solutions architecture, or sales engineering roles.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English for executive-level client engagement.
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), IDP/IDaaS, SSO, and enterprise access governance.
  • Experience delivering enterprise architecture, cloud systems, API integrations, and security frameworks.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale IAM implementations and digital migrations for GCR clients.
  • Literacy in generative AI applications to optimize workflows, productivity, and technical solutions.
  • Experience working within web, mobile, enterprise tech stacks, or AdTech and digital marketing platforms.
