Warehouse Picker / Packer

Location: Shelton, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Join a Busy Warehouse Team!

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Picker/Packer to join a busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable staying active throughout the day, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in getting orders out accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Pick products according to customer orders
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Stage completed orders for shipping
• Use handheld scanners, tablets, and other mobile devices
• Enter and update information in warehouse systems
• Move materials safely using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Help maintain accurate inventory
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable using scanners, tablets, or similar devices
• Ability to work at a steady pace in a busy warehouse
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Experience with pallet jacks, walk-behind equipment, or reach trucks is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally
• Bend, kneel, climb ladders, push, pull, and carry materials
• Perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
