SMT Operator

Nesco is looking for SMT Operator for our client in Tempe.  This is a Direct Placement

Responsibilities

· Set up and tear down of SMT line

· Operation of SMT machine, printers, wave solder, and ovens

· Review and interpret IPC, internal and customer supplied manufacturing documents

· Machine edits and in process trouble shooting

· Archiving of machine generated reports

· Daily machine preventative maintenance activities

· Producing product to required IPC standards

· Other duties as assigned
 

Requirements

· Previous related experience and/or training in SMT operation and maintenance a plus

· Technical Diploma is an asset

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions, engineering drawings, and short correspondence

· Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees

· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and machine applications

· Works well independently and in a team environment
