Denali Former-2nd Shift

Nesco Resource is looking for Denali Formers on 2nd shift in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Schedule: 3:00 PM to 11pm, Monday- Friday(Ability to train on 1st Shift M-F 7AM-3PM)

Pay: $19.00/hour + 12% 2 ^nd shift differential = $21.28/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate computer-controlled machining centers and related production equipment.
• Perform routine to moderately complex manufacturing tasks in accordance with customer specifications and documented work instructions.
• Form and handle parts manually, requiring up to 10 lbs. of force.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet production requirements and specifications.
• Follow work instructions, complete router documentation, and accurately apply product identification labels.
• Verify equipment status and system readiness prior to operation.
• Inspect components throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality standards and workmanship objectives.
• Accurately record production and inspection data and maintain required documentation.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microscope skills experience.
• The use of micrometers, gages and calipers.
• Basic computer skills.
