Health & Beauty Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their health and wellness goals, providing knowledgeable advice on supplements and nutritional products tailored to their needs
• Promote and demonstrate a wide range of supplements, including vitamins, minerals, and wellness products, to drive sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and personalized wellness recommendations
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure products are neatly displayed in line with brand and merchandising standards
• Educate customers on supplement benefits, usage, and current health trends, fostering trust and encouraging repeat purchases
• Support in-store activities such as product launches, health campaigns, and promotional events
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and solution-focused manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail, health supplements, nutrition, or wellness products is preferred
• Friendly, confident, and sales-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work 5 days per week, including weekends (8.5 hours per shift)
