This is an exciting opportunity to support critical broadcast and network operations, ensuring reliable transmission services for both internal teams and external clients around the world.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring broadcast transmission systems and network services
- Responding to operational incidents and resolving faults
- Supporting live broadcast and connectivity services
- Performing system checks, maintenance and quality control
- Working closely with engineering teams, customers and operational stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Experience within a broadcast or media network operations environment
- Knowledge of broadcast transmission technologies such as SDI, DVB-S/S2, MPEG and streaming protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- A calm, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
