Process Engineer at Ora Compressor Factory.

- To lead the industrialisation of the new P1 (:new business project) 
- To lead Industrial Project management of modification /capacity coordination 
- To c apitalize and share the kno w-how of industrial processes in his domain 
- To participate on the design of new equipment and new lines 
- To lead Lean Process D esign workshop - To define cycle time under the budget and mid-term plan Responsibilities 

-Industrialization
- To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM 
- To issue the concept and contents of investment projects with budget and mid-term plan - To follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier based on Lean Process Design method 
- To design small tool and validate the supplier proposal 
- To define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line 
- To perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment - To perform trials on the lines and deliver reports 
- To buil d action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR 
- To perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipments and process - To set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN - To manage PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN contents - To participate to mid-term planning and budget making 

- Mass production 
- To monitor QCDM and propose improv e ment - To survey the performance of equipments , and always in mind, optimisation 
- To work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs 
- To update routing on Information system with ValeoProductionSystem’s validation 
- To support production technician ( training, analysis, problem solving) 
- To be in contact with the suppliers ( improv e ment, support) 
- To participate to VPS workshop - To particip at e to APU QRQC 
- To participate Manufacturing Execution System introduction 
- To support aged equipment and facility renewal 
- To be accountable for SIOP(:Monthly production planning) topic 
- Standardisation 
- To learn and react on PG RAISE and PG standards which are created by Standard Owners - Raise any change based on 4M-change management rule for Technical committee’s validation - To apply the V PS rules - To apply ISO/IATF16949 in his/her domain 
- Environment 
- Ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group - Maintain the 5S and report issues - Alert for safety rules infringement 

Requirements

Qualifications - External Education/Training

生産技術のご経験3-5年くらい
工程設計、PLC または NC のプログラムご経験必須
自動車免許必須

英語
英語TOEIC　500程度（海外との電話会議がたまにあります）

MUST:
Engineering degree
Process Engineer experience more than 3 years
Line designing, PLC or NC programming experience
Driving license
