The Role
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Quality & Compliance Manager will lead the site’s quality and compliance programmes, ensuring alignment with GFSI, HACCP, RMP, FSSC 22000, MPI, and regulatory requirements.
This role will play a key part in driving continuous improvement, maintaining audit readiness, managing compliance systems, and fostering a strong quality culture across the site.

The Role

What You’ll Do
- Lead site quality, food safety, and compliance systems.
- Manage audits, corrective actions, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality performance.
- Lead and develop the Quality & Compliance team.
- Ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in quality and compliance leadership within manufacturing or dairy.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, RMP, GFSI/FSSC 22000, and food safety systems.
- Experience managing audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
- Relevant quality, food science, or technical qualifications preferred.
