MEP Superintendent

- 5+ years of MEP field supervision experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
- Experience coordinating MEP subcontractors, vendors, and field activities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and MEP plans
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders
