You should have:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
- Strong subcontract and package management experience

- Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work to deadlines
- Experience across commercial, healthcare, residential or specialist construction would be advantageous
