The successful candidate will have:
- 6–10+ years of progressive Electrical Estimating experience.
- Background with an Electrical Contractor across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Manufacturing and/or Mission Critical projects.
- Experience leading large and complex electrical estimates and major bid pursuits.
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS, lighting, controls, grounding and low-voltage systems.
- Experience with conceptual estimates, hard bids, negotiated work, design-build and GMP proposals.
- Strong understanding of labor forecasting, productivity, constructability, value engineering and risk analysis.
- Experience with estimating platforms such as Accubid, Trimble, ConEst or equivalent, alongside Bluebeam or similar takeoff software.
- Mission Critical/Data Center estimating experience would be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior Estimators.
