Plumbing Field Superintendent

The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial plumbing professional with strong field leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of projects from a field perspective.

You should be comfortable leading crews, coordinating with general contractors, managing competing priorities, and making practical decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
 

We're looking for someone who:
 

• Has significant experience in commercial plumbing construction
• Has experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Foreman, or similar field leadership position
• Understands commercial plumbing installation, construction processes, and jobsite coordination
• Can read and understand plumbing plans, drawings, and specifications
• Is confident managing crews and holding people accountable
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Is organized and capable of keeping projects moving according to schedule
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and jobsite standards
• Is proactive in identifying and solving problems
• Follows through on commitments and expects the same from others
• Understands the importance of building long-term professional relationships
• Is dependable, hands-on, and willing to lead from the field

The right person will be more than someone who knows plumbing. They will be a field leader who understands that successful projects depend on communication, accountability, teamwork, and consistently doing what you say you are going to do.
