Project Manager – Infrastructure / Applications / Technology – 70k to 90k

I am currently helping our Client seeking a Project Manager to join the team in Hong Kong.

Role

  • Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of technology hardware and system projects, such as cloud migrations, network upgrades, and data center builds.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including server management, hybrid cloud rollouts, and network upgrades, from initiation through deployment and closure.
  • Develop cost estimates, allocate resources, and track budgets to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
  • Play a crucial role in bridging the communication gap between business leaders, technical delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure changes adhere to cybersecurity policies, industry regulations, and internal governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of direct experience managing enterprise-scale IT or infrastructure deployments.
  • A strong foundational understanding of servers, storage, network infrastructure, data centers, and cloud/hybrid environments is essential.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks, and familiarity with project tracking and documentation tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
