The Leaders
Reporting to an experienced and collaborative Head of People & Culture, you'll be supported by a leader who values open communication, partnership, and trust, while also giving you the autonomy to take ownership of your work.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll play a key role in modernising and enhancing people processes, helping to shape the next chapter of the organisation's people strategy.
You'll also be supported by a high-performing P&C Coordinator, joining an influential P&C team where your ideas, expertise, and contributions will directly support the continued growth and success of the organisation.

In this key role, you'll partner closely with leaders, providing practical and commercially minded advice across a broad range of people matters while helping to elevate capability, performance and engagement across the business.
This is a role for someone who enjoys true business partnering. You'll be comfortable coaching leaders through complex situations, navigating ambiguity, thinking on your feet, and balancing people outcomes with commercial realities. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, challenge constructively when needed, and drive initiatives from concept through to implementation.

To find success in this role, you'll be an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who enjoys partnering closely with leaders and acting as a trusted advisor. You'll bring strong generalist HR experience, sound employment law knowledge, and confidence navigating employee relations matters.
You'll be proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative, with experience across performance management, employee relations, talent management and learning & development. Comfortable influencing and coaching leaders, you'll enjoy driving people initiatives, improving processes, and contributing to a business that is evolving and growing.
Equally important is your ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and exercise sound judgement. You'll be confident making decisions and driving outcomes, while maintaining open communication and building strong partnerships with your manager, leaders and stakeholders to achieve shared success.
