The Opportunity

Reporting to an Employee Relations Consultant, you'll join a specialist Employee Relations team where you'll own a broad range of workplace matters while learning from experienced consultants on more complex cases.

  • Managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), probation matters and voluntary terminations.
  • Interpreting employment policies and preparing employment documentation.
  • Preparing transfer letters, redundancy documentation and other employment-related correspondence.
  • Supporting managers through day-to-day Employee Relations matters across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partnering with Employee Relations Consultants on investigations, grievances, misconduct matters, disciplinary processes and other complex Employee Relations cases.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders while delivering commercially balanced Employee Relations advice.
About You

Ideally, you'll bring:
  • Experience managing or supporting Employee Relations matters within a corporate environment
  • A sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and workplace practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build credibility with a broad range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience within Professional/Financial Services or another complex, fast paced, high-performing environment will be advantageous, however we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate adaptability, commercial judgement and a passion for Employee Relations.

The Process

The process will consist of an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by two rounds of interviews with senior leaders and psychometric testing as part of the selection process. Candidates will also be subject to background and reference checks.
