We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This role will play a key part in supporting business change, process improvement, solution implementation, testing, and stakeholder engagement activities.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and technical teams to analyse requirements, improve end-to-end processes, support solution deployment, and ensure successful delivery outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled BA who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving meaningful business change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across complex ICT and business transformation initiatives.
- Analyse, document, and improve business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution configurations.
- Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, test planning, and defect management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Demonstrated experience working in Business Analyst roles within complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale ICT transformation or change programs.
- Strong business process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation capabilities.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical and implementable solutions.
- Experience supporting business change and release management activities.
- Exposure to solution deployment planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, including UAT and regression testing.
- Experience contributing to process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with project delivery frameworks and business analysis best practices.
