  The Role
  We are seeking a Solution Delivery Lead to take ownership of end-to-end solution direction across complex transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, ensuring that solutions are aligned to strategic objectives and deliver real operational value.
  Responsibilities
  
  • Lead solution design across operational, data, and technology domains
  • Guide technical direction across large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Engage with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive outcomes
  • Contribute to innovation across automation, analytics, and smart operations
  Key Experience
  
  • Proven experience leading solution delivery or transformation programs in complex environments
  • Strong background working across both business and technology teams
  • Experience within asset-intensive industries such as mining, energy, utilities, or manufacturing
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
  • Solid understanding of enterprise technology delivery and solution design principles
   
  Desirable Experience
  
  • Exposure to operational technology (OT) or industrial systems environments
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs involving multiple workstreams
  • Background in consulting, systems integration, or enterprise delivery environments
  • Familiarity with areas such as operational analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
