Field Service Fitter | Crushing and Screening | (NOR) Perth, WA

CELOTTI WORKFORCE are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Fitter – Crushing & Screening Specialist for a Perth-based role servicing sites across the Northern Suburbs (NOR), WA.

About the Role:
As a Field Service Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, rebuild, and optimisation of crushing and screening equipment across a range of mobile and fixed plant operations. This hands-on position is suited to a trade-qualified professional with extensive experience working on crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated processing equipment within the mining, quarrying, or materials handling industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and breakdown support on crushing and screening equipment.
• Conduct major and minor rebuilds on cone crushers, jaw crushers, screens, conveyors, stackers, and associated plant.
• Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections, servicing, fault finding, and troubleshooting activities.
• Replace and repair components including screen mats, rollers, bearings, conveyor skirts, wear liners, and crusher internals.
• Complete pre-start inspections and ensure equipment is maintained to the highest operational standards.
• Work closely with Field Service Maintenance Supervisors and site personnel to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Adhere to all site-specific safety procedures, legislative requirements, and company policies.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter or Heavy Diesel Fitter.
• Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining crushing and screening equipment.
• Proven experience working on cone crushers, jaw crushers, screens, conveyors, and mobile plant.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Working at Heights ticket (highly regarded).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices in a regulated environment.
