One of Australia's leading global consulting and technology organisations is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their Financial Services team and play a key role supporting some of Australia's most recognised banking and insurance clients.

One of Australia's leading global consulting and technology organisations is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their Financial Services team and play a key role supporting some of Australia's most recognised banking and insurance clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior sales leaders, account teams and marketing professionals while building valuable customer engagement programs, events, campaigns and executive-level collateral.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partnering with Account Managers and Client Partners to drive customer engagement initiatives
- Supporting customer events, executive roundtables, industry forums and networking functions
- Creating high-quality marketing collateral, presentations and customer-facing materials
- Coordinating campaigns, communications and engagement activities across Financial Services accounts
- Supporting internal communications, newsletters and social media initiatives
- Working with sales, marketing and subject matter experts to develop compelling customer messaging
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in customer engagement, marketing, communications, events or stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to the Financial Services sector (Banking or Insurance highly regarded)
- Strong presentation and content creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Someone proactive, energetic and comfortable driving initiatives forward
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing and leadership teams
