About the role
We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to join an established on-the-ground support team in Dalby, Queensland.
This is a customer-facing, onsite role suited to someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person for day-to-day technology support .
You will be supporting end users across a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment, resolving incidents and requests, and keeping services running smoothly in line with agreed service levels.

About the role
We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to join an established on-the-ground support team in Dalby, Queensland.

You will be supporting end users across a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment, resolving incidents and requests, and keeping services running smoothly in line with agreed service levels.
Required skills
- Proven experience in onsite IT support to end users (walk-ups, desk visits, and ticketed requests)
- Experience in ticket management, incident management & service requests end-to-end
- Solid exposure to Windows 10/11 and common end-user apps in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Expertise in user administration, Active Directory/ Azure MFA
- Troubleshooting and support mobile devices (Android & iOS), printers and basic networking
- Experience in endpoint provisioning and tooling (e.g., Intune / SCCM)
- Support voice and video conferencing across common platforms
- Strong customer service & communication skills
