Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing or similar industries
• Expertise in employment legislation and contemporary HR practices
• Strong ability to manage employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills
• Highly organised, with robust attention to detail
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in change management and organisational development
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools
• Previous involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a generalist HR position, preferably within manufacturing or industrial settings

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to provide support across various locations with occasional travel as required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexible working arrangements, including 1 day a week from home
