The role
You’ll work across a broad range of civil engineering projects, supporting delivery from concept through to construction. This will include land development, infrastructure and three-waters design, working alongside experienced engineers in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Civil design for land development and infrastructure projects (subdivisions, roading, stormwater, wastewater and water supply)
- Supporting project delivery from feasibility through to detailed design and construction
- Preparation of reports, drawings and engineering documentation
- Liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities
- Assisting with resource consent and engineering approvals
- Contributing to project management, including budgeting and programme tracking
- Ensuring designs meet relevant standards and regulatory requirements
About you
- BE Civil or equivalent qualification
- Approximately 3–6 years’ experience within a consulting environment
- Experience in land development or infrastructure projects
- Working knowledge of NZ standards and consenting processes
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Motivated to build your career in a regional consultancy environment
